JAMONES SEGURA S.L. is a family run company devoted to producing cured ham from Serón since 1975. The company is located in Serón (Almería), a town situated at the foot of Sierra de Los Filabres, a mountain range. It is known for its tradition in producing and curing ham.

Since then, the SEGURA family has made an effort to produce quality products using completely natural methods. We select the raw materials, research the ham ripening processes and innovate in hygienic, health and traceability controls.

At the same time, at JAMONES SEGURA, we respect the tradition of the art of making ham. Some of the processes used have been kept unaltered at the company for more than 30 years. This also applies to natural ingredients as important as air, silence, the climate...
